【岗位职责】 1、接受线上、线下客户对酒店的预订需求，并予以妥善解决； 2、接听客户对酒店等产品信息的咨询电话，予以解答并作好相关记录； 3、熟悉处理房间预订的程序，给宾客提供给最新和最准确的房况信息； 4、落实“预订未到宾客”的名单和每日团队取消情况； 5、调节和控制房间预订、销售。 【岗位要求】 1、有一定英语基础，大专以上学历，普通话标准； 2、有一定的沟通能力，口齿清晰、开朗自信，有较强的语言表达能力和人际沟通能力； 3、熟练掌握基本办公软件操作，打字熟练； 4、具有优良的服务意识和敬业精神，能够适应倒班制。

1. 服从PA主管的工作安排，认真做好游泳池的安全救护、水质净化和环境卫生等各项服务工作。 2. 上岗前认真检查设施设备、用品和水质情况，确保游泳池及救生设施设备完好、有效，发现问题及时处理。 3. 做好客人安全管理，严格按照儿童池、成人池、深水区、浅水区要求进行管理，对不服从劝阻客人进行警告，警告无效上报主管。 4. 严格执行游泳池服务规范，认真做好巡查工作，注视客人动态，确保客人的安全。 5. 上岗穿好工作服，佩戴好口哨和救生用具，提前15分钟到岗，将警示牌、桌椅、太阳伞、洗脚池、 循环系统、地面卫生等清洁干净、打开和摆放好，检查水质、卫生是否达标。 6. 上班做到六不准：不准玩手机、不准聊天、不准打瞌睡、不准擅自离岗串岗、不准上岗时教学、上班前8小时不准喝酒。 7. 遇上雷电、台风天气应立即清场，将泳池关闭。 8. 必须掌握泳池各类应急预案，遇到突发事件应保持头脑清醒，按抢救程序进行处理和上报，同时维护泳池内秩序。 9. 负责清点更换布件，及时补充备齐营业用品，并做好记录。 10. 做好交接班工作。 任职资格 1. 自然条件：身体健康，品貌端正，男：20-40岁，身高165-175CM； 2. 文化程度：高中以上文化。 3. 培训经历：具有星级酒店一年以上救生员经历及相关资格证书。 4. 工作经验：具有救生员工作标准的知识； 熟悉内部工作程序和有关规定的知识；正确掌握使用泳池机械设备的有关知识。 从事救生员工作1年以上，在星级酒店内工作1年以上，具有1年以上实际工作经验。 5. 语言能力：能流利使用标准普通话，英语能达到初级水平。

1．准确无误地接听电话，并详细记录，重要事项应记录在专门的本子上。 2．迅速为客人提供各项服务。 3．保持与其他部门的联系，传送有关表格和报告，严格执行钥匙的领用制度，填写钥匙发放记录。 4．对外借物登记，并及时收回。 5．保管各种设备和用具，并编写建档，定期清点。 6．随时掌握房态准确无误地输入电脑，并与前台保持密切联系，遇有特殊事项，及时向领班报告。 7．及时通知楼层即将抵店或离店的贵宾， 旅行团的房号。 8．每月做好24小时维修统计工作及时更改和填写维修房情况和客房加床的显示记录。 9．每日早班服务员提供 各楼层准确地客房出租情况。 10．负责保管住店客人的洗衣，并适时将洗好的衣物送交客人，做好记录，同时接收店外客人的洗衣，并与洗衣房做好洗衣的交接记录。 11．及时将客人投诉报告领班和楼层主管, 并做好记录。 12．负责服务中心的卫生和安全，整理，保管各项报表。 13.负责客房每日遗留物品的管理，及时联系及报送前台，并做好记录及日常管理工作。

一、任职要求 文化程度：高中以上文化程度。 工作经验：至少3年相关职位经验。 素质要求：有沟通协调、领导的能力，管理团队并且有丰富的相关经验，精通办公软件。

【岗位职责】 1、服从领班的工作安排，按照工作规范和质量标准，认真做好宾客健身服务工作。 2、根据宾客要求，认真做好健身服务示范、指导工作。 3、负责做好各类健身设施设备的检查、保养、报修工作，正确使用健身设施设备，确保完好有效。 4、严格执行健身服务各项规定，做好健身活动的安全防范工作，确保宾客安全。 5、热情快捷地为宾客提供饮料服务时，并认真做好饮料记帐工作。 6、及时做好预订记录，保证工作无差错。 【岗位要求】 1、学历不限，1年以上同类型工作经验。 2、熟悉健身服务和健身器材的使用，保养知识，了解卫生保健知识。 3、熟悉健身房的基本知识和服务技能。 4、能按服务工作规范和质量标准独立进行工作。
