【岗位职责】 1、制定工程部的组织机构和管理运行模式，使其操作快捷合理。 2、总结归纳运行和维修、制定和审定设备设施及建筑装潢的预防性维修计划、 3、负责工程部的节支运行、跟踪，控制水、电、油、等的消耗并严格控制维修费用。 4、根据营业情况和气候及市场能源价格情况，提出节能运行的计划和运行维修费用预算。 5、负责协调和酒店相关的市政工程等业务部门的关系，以获得良好的外部环境。 6、审定员工培训计划，定期对员工进行业务技能、服务意识、基本素质的培训。 【岗位要求】 1、大专以上文化程度；3年以上同岗位工作经验。有一定外语水平，能借助工具书阅读有关专业文献。 2、必须掌握机电工程设计基础知识、熟悉电子通讯设备、计算机、暖通、空调、给排水设备、电梯等的使用和维护管理，熟悉基建、环境保护、安全生产、劳动保护方面的政策与法规。 3、能充分领会总经理的经营意图，正确处理上下级之间、部门之间的关系，并能组织指挥工程部各项工作计划的实施，确保工程部的正常运转。 4、有强烈的事业心责任感，有较强的自学能力和适应性，秉公办事，不谋私利。

遵守和执行政府的法令、法规和安全规定。遵守酒店员工手册及酒店酒店的规章制度。 执行集团和酒店的规章制度。保障酒店财产，酒店客人及员工的生命和财产安全。 协助制定酒店安全保卫制度、防火制度，协助酒店各个部门的安全管理。 监督检查酒店安全制度执行情况，保证安全制度的贯彻和落实。 组织对员工进行安全教育和防火培训。组织保卫人员的业务培训。 制定安全警卫方案，组织警卫力量，保证重大宴会活动及贵宾的安全。 同当地的公安、消防机关及其他相关政府部门建立良好的关系

1、负责检查所有的客房清洁度和整洁度，确保所有的楼层、客房、都保持良好的卫生、清洁的状态。 2、根据规定的流程对新员工进行工作指导，对员工培训、持续性培训、再培训以及实践培训。 3、检查所有员工和领班的工作都符合正确的流程。 4、确保所有客房干净，整洁，有条理以及齐全的客房用品。

1、与前台接待紧密合作，确保准确管理客人帐单及所有超额费用处于控制中。 2、.确保客人退房时所有费用已结清或已被转帐(须附有相应的附件或授权)。 3、每日复核超限额帐户余额报告，并在必要时采取相应措施。 4、处理跟进退票。 5、处理所有预付押金和信用卡的退款。 6、及时通知应收帐款主管或助理财务总监关于有问题的帐目。 7、准备每月帐龄分析报告。
