岗位职责： 1、负责公共区域的巡查、运行管理及维护保养工作； 2、接受上级工作分派，处理完成每日报修工单，并按规定提交审核，做好日常工具及物料管理； 3、熟练掌握本专业操作规范，根据相关规范要求完成维修工作； 4、监管外包维修、维保施工相关工作； 5、在公共区域维修施工，注意维护物业形象，及规范化操作； 6、认真执行消防安全管理制度，做好职责范围内的消防安全工作； 7、对公共区域损坏的设施及时上报并跟进维修； 8、完成上级领导临时交办的工作。 任职资格： 1、20-45周岁，高中以上学历，有低压电工证，有维修经验； 2、责任心强，工作踏实、仔细认真。

【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店的水、电、汽、空调、电梯、装饰、装潢、厨房、PA设备等机电设备的日常维修保养和计划性维修保养工作。 2、服从主管的领导，服从调度，保证酒店所有机电设备的完好和及时维修、正常运行。 3、客房卫生洁具及设备需要维修时，应及时维修的同时做好对客服务准则。 4、负责酒店所有门锁、窗锁、门地弹簧抽屉锁的更换修理。 5、根据设备的使用，协助领班制定出相应的年度、月度维护保养计划，并严格实施。 6、按期巡检消防设备，协助安消部进行消防检查，消防试验，在发生火灾时给消防人员提供帮助。 7、完成上级交办的其它工作事项。 【岗位要求】 1、有强烈的责任感和事业心，工作认真负责，且对业务精益求精，具有较强的分析能力和动手能力。 2、具有机电、装修、装潢等方面知识，具备一专多能的技术技巧，能够承担起综合维修任务。

岗位职责： 1、管理并优化酒店海外OTA渠道（携程、同程、飞猪、小红书店铺、抖音店铺等）产品设计、产品推广和产品销售，负责制定各大渠道的产品方案和营销方案，并推动执行落地，保证OTA销售指标的达成； 2、负责定期收集酒店、旅游等行业市场讯息，分析渠道销售信息，制定有效的产品组合、推广方案和线上活动方案，并向公司管理团队汇报； 3、负责OTA渠道的开拓、上线与回款，根据公司的业务政策完成协议的签订、产品的上线、费用的支付和回款的催收； 4、监控并提升酒店在海外平台的在线声誉，管理客人评论，并针对负面反馈制定改进方案。 5、协助市场营销总监执行市场推广策略来增长收益来源、提高本地知名度及维持良好关系。 6、分析市场趋势，对于库存和价格灵活把控。 7、与海外渠道经理建立并维护稳固的合作关系，确保酒店获得良好资源位和营销活动支持。 8、管理海外渠道的营销预算，策划并执行在关键OTA平台上的促销活动、闪购和定向营销活动，以获取增量收入。 9、其他上级交代的工作任务。 岗位要求： 1、 市场营销、旅游管理等相关专业，2年同等岗位经验优先； 2、 熟悉珠三角地区行业现状和海OTA销售渠道，OTA平台从业者或具有相关渠道资源者优先； 3、 具有较强的协调和沟通能力，能够与其他部门、外部机构保持良好的协作关系； 4、 熟练掌握office办公软件，具有良好的英文口语和书面表达能力优先。

【岗位职责】 1、了解酒店收益的组成，为未来价格设置和磋商提供数据； 2、协助属酒店公司提高收益，提高市场份额，同时取得更好的收益。 3、与预订部及销售团队紧密合作以推动针对性收入，在个人和团队预定中始终坚持高标准的客服理念。 4、始终能对环境竞争，优化每间可销售客房的平均收益。 5、相应敏锐的洞察力，在公司里利用收入管理策略的眼光来领导团队。 6、适当调节以保证酒店房间销售和提高收益，按照标准执行并记录。 7、监督各酒店公司房间预订流量，节假日、特定时间段、OTA平台等价格展示情况，并确保操作系统与公司标准相一致。 8、具备制订和执行营业预算及经营计划的能力。 9、具备制订符合下属酒店公司总体营业目标及行动方案的能力。 10、负责跟踪和分析预订流程，团队流量，特别关注和加强团队预留房管理，更好的做好团队适度减量，提高收益。 11、根据下属各酒店公司收益情况做出分析，定期召开收益信息会。 【岗位要求】 1、具备洲际酒店集团旗下酒店收益经理岗位工作经验； 2、具有团队协作能力和管理能力； 3、有较强的创新意识和创新思维； 4、出色的沟通、计划管理和问题解决能力； 5、对市场不断变化较有很好的敏感性； 6、具有一定的英语听说读写能力。
