一、职能概述： 贯彻执行前厅部经理工作指令，起到承上启下的作用。包含前台服务员的全部工作 内容。 二、工作职责： 1、负责执行上级下达的工作指令； 2、坚持服务宗旨和质量管理，负责前厅员工的工作安排，检查督促员工严格按工作规范及质量要求实行规范服务。直接实施员工的岗位操作培训及考核； 3、掌握住店客人及营业情况，保证准确排房； 4、做好住店客人欠款的催收工作； 5、负责前厅部设施设备、消耗品的日常管理； 6、处理客人投诉并做好记录； 7、审阅前厅交接班记录本； 8、解决工作中发现的问题，处理工作差错和事故； 9、每日三次审核房态、预订状态，及时取消预订、安排房间； 10、负责前台内的卫生保洁工作及设备设施的维护； 11、负责接受酒店设施设备的报修工作，并及时报告工程人员； 12、执行全部前厅服务员的工作内容； 13、做好交接班工作。
