【岗位职责】 1、协助负责餐厅日常运营管理，包括人员排班、服务标准执行及现场协调，确保服务质量符合酒店标准。 2、处理客人投诉及突发事件，及时提出解决方案并跟进反馈，维护酒店品牌形象。 3、协助餐厅经理制定运营计划，控制成本与损耗，完成月度经营指标。 4、检查餐厅设施设备及卫生状况，确保符合食品安全与环境卫生规范。 5、定期分析客流量、菜品反馈等运营数据，提出优化建议并推动执行。 【岗位要求】 1、大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先，1年以上星级酒店或高端餐饮同岗位经验。 2、熟悉餐厅服务流程及管理规范，具备较强的团队管理与培训能力。 3、优秀的沟通协调能力，能高效处理客户投诉及员工关系。 4、具备成本控制意识与数据分析能力，熟练使用Office办公软件。 5、能适应倒班工作制，抗压能力强，注重细节与服务品质。

【岗位职责】 1、负责餐厅与厨房之间的菜品传递工作，确保菜品及时、准确送达指定区域。 2、按照服务标准和流程，协助服务员完成餐前准备、餐中服务及餐后收尾工作。 3、保持传菜区域的卫生整洁，确保餐具、托盘等用具的清洁与归位。 4、核对菜品与订单信息，确保菜品质量、份量及摆盘符合标准。 5、及时反馈厨房与餐厅之间的沟通问题，协助提升服务效率。 6、遵守食品安全及卫生管理制度，严格执行酒店相关操作规范。 【岗位要求】 1、年龄18-30岁，身体健康，能适应高强度工作及站立服务。 2、初中及以上学历，有无经验均可，酒店、餐饮行业相关经验者优先。 3、具备良好的服务意识和团队协作精神，工作细致、责任心强。 4、能适应早晚班及节假日排班制度，服从工作安排。 5、普通话流利，具备基本沟通能力，会简单粤语者更佳。
