【岗位职责】与既有的客户和潜在的客户及合作伙伴保持密切的联系高效认知和掌握销售线索发挥创造力，为酒店的产品及部门做出应有的贡献仔细计划与客户的会面，对预定的客户实施客户关系管理，完成销售目标在所负责的市场区域内，监视和报告市场及竞争者的情况准备销售报告，确保市场及客户信息的准确性，以便于工作的跟进【岗位要求】 1、具备领导才能，了解所负责部门对各职位的责任 2、掌握使用互联网及其它主要电脑系统的知识 3、掌握应用销售及前台的电脑系统 4、了解商务旅游、旅游业国际市场，会议旅游及餐饮销售 5、能够掌握和理解市场和竞争 6、必须具备良好的中文读写能力 7、良好的电脑技能，至少会使用微软2003或以上操作系统、微软办公软件2003或更高版本、互联网及其它的流行出版软件 8、良好的人际交往和沟通技巧 9、独立工作和团队工作的能力 10、多年销售与市场推广方面的经验, 包括在国际连锁酒店的管理经验并有最少2年的销售经理经历

岗位职责： 1.疏导过往车辆，保障大堂门前过往车辆行人的安全，使门前畅通无阻； 2.服务周到热情，见宾客主动问好，对乘车宾客要协助迎宾员照料宾客下车； 3.保证酒店和宾客的生命财产安全； 4.保持好与大门岗及停车场岗位的联系使车辆有序出入停放； 5.加强巡逻，发现可疑情况，视情况处理或及时向上级报告； 6.一般性纠纷和事故立即按程序处理，并及时请示汇报； 7.确实掌握安全事宜，服勤于大门前、大厅内、后门及各指定之警卫岗； 8.遵行保安主管之指示，服勤安全警卫勤务。任职资格： 1.具有初中以上文化程度，178cm身高及以上，退伍军人优先考虑； 2.具有较好的协调能力，懂得一定安全保卫知识，良好的身体素质； 3.熟悉安全制度及安全器材使用、意外事件及紧急事故之预防与安排。

熟悉酒店所有公共区域。确保及时完成日常保洁工作。有效地处理应急事件。与客房部领班沟通关于化学清洁用品使用的事宜，汇报发现的问题并提出相应的整改建议。参与客房部部门会议。掌握酒店各类特殊活动信息以便发现并满足客人需求。熟悉酒店情况，向客人提供相关信息。乐于帮助客人，并按照客人的要求陪同其到达酒店内的指定地点。完成管理层交办的工作。向上级领导汇报客人的重大投诉。安全正确地使用保洁设备。合理保持保洁用品的存货量。尽可能对资源进行再利用按照业务要求开展工作
