· Ensure guest request effective to chef and service 确保客人就餐时要求及时反馈给厨房及前厅
· To achieve the sales target按时完成销售目标
· Recommends improvements in allaspects of their appointed sections as appropriate
可以对指定部门的各个方面提出建议方案。
· Conduct market surveys asrequired and plan / implement appropriate measures to increase market share
按照要求和计划进行市场调研/实施正确的衡量措施,提供市场份额。
· To brainstorm / keep updated onnew technology to improve work efficiency
进行集思广义讨论/保持运用技术,以提高工作效率。
· Co-ordinate with the Executivechef / Outlet Manager on the set-up, implementation and sales of all outletpromotions and menu planning

要求

· Diploma / Degree in food and beverage / hospitalitymanagement餐饮/服务管理专业大专/本科学历
· Minimum 2 years experience in an international class hotel在国际酒店有至少2年的相关工作经验
