1.运营官方微信粉丝群，包括活动发布、日常问候、旅游推荐、发布新品，通过粉丝群的各项活动发布加大老客的转化。 2.运营官方小红书账号，发布优质笔记增加、浏览量，同时通过运营自己的媒体账户，完成线上客户的转化。 3.接待各地寿险高星客户散客预订及咨询，带领参观以及行程安排。 4.与三亚政府旅游项目积极对接，如放心游、惠惠游、岛民游等产品制定及上新，加大项目产品的曝光及宣传力度。 5.与省工会积极对接，做好职工疗休养工作安排。 6.积极联系对接全国各地工会及主做疗休养计划的公司或旅行社，充分利用酒店现有的劳模基地牌照以及基地的康养特色扩大公司疗休养团队的份额。 7.线下旅行社、康养公司、商务公司等客户的拓展与维护，结合客户健康需求提供个性化方案。 8.定期拜访重点客户，保持与顾客之间的双向沟通，不断的根据客户的需求提供新的产品等。 9.积极参加各类销售业务的培训工作，不断的增加知识储备。 10.完成公司领导交办的其他工作。 任职要求： 1.市场营销或酒店管理等相关专业大专及以上学历； 2.熟练使用Excel/PPT等办公软件，具备出色的沟通能力和谈判技巧，能够独立处理和解决问题； 3.酒店销售工作经验2年以上； 4.具有较强的市场分析和判断能力，以及良好的团队合作精神，能够与团队成员有效沟通。

1、掌握客房预订情况，向部门经理报告重要团体和客人的订房情况，检查VIP通知单的发送情况，负责VIP接待工作的落实； 2、处理总台工作中的差错，处理宾客有关投诉； 3、负责总台财产、设备的使用管理和保养工作，及各类资料的收集、存档及管理工作； 4、检查每日的报表是否有误，并及时纠正； 5、建立体质良好的宾客关系，努力增加客房销售。 岗位要求： 1、中专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验1年以上； 2、有良好的团队领导精神及执行力，工作认真负责； 3、熟练掌握前厅部工作的各个环节和程序； 4、身体健康，品貌端正； 5、掌握酒店管理基础知识，善于同宾客交往、沟通，处理周到、果断，能独立处理各种投诉。

1、负责酒店各类宣传物料的设计与制作，包括但不限于海报、宣传册、菜单、易拉宝等。 2、根据酒店品牌调性，设计符合品牌形象的视觉内容。 3、协助市场部门完成线上推广素材的设计，如社交媒体配图、微信推文、H5页面等。 4、参与酒店主题活动及节假日的视觉创意设计。 5、及时跟进设计需求，确保项目按时高质量完成。 6、做好美术资料搜集、处理、分析和存储工作。 7、负责酒店产品照片和视频拍摄剪辑工作。

1、负责酒店公共区域的日常清洁与维护工作，包括大堂、走廊、电梯、洗手间等区域的卫生管理，确保符合酒店卫生标准。2、制定并执行公共区域的清洁计划，合理安排清洁人员的工作任务，监督清洁流程与质量。3、检查公共区域的设施设备状况，及时上报维修需求，并跟进维修进度，确保设施完好。4、管理清洁用品及设备的库存，控制成本，确保物资合理使用。5、培训并指导清洁团队，提升员工的专业技能与服务意识，确保团队高效运作。6、处理客人对公共区域卫生的投诉或建议，及时解决问题并反馈改进措施。7、协助上级完成其他与公共区域管理相关的工作任务。

1、负责客房部楼层的每日运作； 2、熟悉客房部的清洁工具并制定机器保养计划，负责培训员工正确使用机器和清洁剂； 3、确保遗留物品得到妥善保存和记录； 4、同工程部合作对客房及公共区域开展预防性维护。

1.通过销售访问、电话销售和直接邮件直接销售 2.提供市场情况的反馈包括竞争对手的更新 3.在他/她的市场领域中实现所有的销售行动计划 4.执行相关关税和任何特殊项目分配 5.具有两年以上国际五星级酒店销售工作经验，具有较强的沟通能力和亲和力，对市场有较高的认识能力。
