1、在总经理的指导下，全面负责酒店餐饮部的经营管理工作。 2、根据酒店的预算和酒店的市场环境，部门的历史数据和显示情况，协助餐饮部总监编制部门的年度预算，月度计划，报餐饮部总监审批后组织实施。 3、制定本酒店的经营管理制度，服务标准，操作规程，制定餐饮经营方针，经营策略，策划促销推广大型活动和重要宴会。 4、巡视属下各分部，关注运作情况，检查厨房出品质量，检查工作进度，抽查服务质量，搞好出品，营销分析，找出成本，服务等方面出现的问题，提出改进的措施。 5、会同厨师长研究，设计，推广新菜单，创造市场认可的招牌菜，不断拓展新市场，开发新客源，提高酒店的知名度和市场占有率。 6、亲自组织并参与市场调查，掌握原材料行情，严格控制成本，合理控制餐饮价格水平和综合毛利率，每天检查盈利进度，每月检查完成预算的情况，采取对策确保年度盈利指标的完成。 7、加强现场管理，经常巡视餐厅，亲自组织和安排大型团队就餐和重要宴会，负责VIP客人的迎送。 8、亲自收集客人对餐饮质量的意见，处理重要投诉，研究市场变化，及时发现消费动态，调整酒店的餐饮营销策略，抓住可行的盈利机会。 9、主持餐饮部日常工作会议，定期召开业务检讨会议、营销会议，确保部门的日常运作，不断提高服务，提高出品质量，提高营业利润水平。 10、有针对性的组织服务骨干外出学习，重视新知识新技术的运用和推广。 11、负责与市场营销、前台、客房、行政人事、财务、工程等部门经理的横向联系，确保酒店服务的一致性。 12、制定服务技术，建立定期考核制度，亲自负责培训下级业务骨干，指导并检查各分部门的员工培训。 13、亲自负责对直接主要业务骨干的招聘，想办法引进有一定客户支持的、有实际管理经验的餐饮管理人才和生产技术人才，重视培训、考核、督导和工作评估，切实调动他们的积极性，提高服务水准。 14、负责部门奖金的分配工作，决定本部门的人事变动，关心员工的工作和生活，及时提供必要的工作指导和帮助，调动他们的工作积极性。 15、抓好设备设施的维修保养，与工程部对接，确保各种设施处于完好状态，防止事故的发生。 16、定期组织检查消防器具，作好拥挤协查、防火、防盗工作，对本部门的安全负责。 17、完成总经理布置的其他工作。

Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact withthe market and the customer base of his/her responsibility throughCustomer Relationship Management. 通过客户关系管理，与市场和他/她所负责的客户群保持持续的联系，以代表和推广酒店。 3. Communicate effectively with all departments through eventrun down, event orders, BEO to ensure events succeed. 通过活动记录，活动订单，BEO与各部门进行有效沟通，确保活动顺利进行。 4.  Ensure all daily tasks are completed in a timely and appropriatemanner. 确保所有的日常工作及时、恰当地完成。 5. Maintains and updates sales records manually and electronically asrequired, providing administrative support such as meeting minutes taking,word / excel / ppt, calendar / travel arrangement, system input etc. 根据需要对销售记录进行手工记录电子录入的维护和更新，提供行政支持，例如会议记录，word / excel / ppt，日历/旅行安排，系统输入等。 6. Support Director, Assistant Director and Managers with daily work. 协助总监、副总监和经理完成日常工作。 Required Skills 经验要求: 1. University Bachelor Degree and above. 大学本科及以上学历。 2. Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English is a must. 优秀的中英文书写和口语能力。 3. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. admin software. 熟练使用Excel，Word，PowerPoint等行政软件。 4. Good interpersonal & communication skills, presentableappearance. 良好的人际交往和沟通能力，仪容仪表得体。 5. Ability to work independently and as a team. 有独立工作和团队合作的能力。

Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责（包括但不限于以下内容） Implement the new butler motto “To be invisible but available” byproviding prompt, accurate & courteous services to the resident guests atthe Manor Club by ensuring the efficient operation of the floor(s) under his /her control to maintain the highest standards of Butler service and to maximizeguest satisfaction & organizational profitability in an atmosphere of highemployee morale. 实施新的管家座右铭为“无形却又存在的服务”，为行政酒廊的客人提供敏锐，精致和周到的服务，楼层在他/她的掌控下能有效地运营，并达到管家服务的最高标准，同时在很愉悦的员工氛围中能最大化客人的满意度和组织效益。 1. Offer personalized service to the guests who stay at the Manor Clubwith close communication with other related departments of the hotel. 通过与酒店的其他相关部门交流合作，为住在行政酒廊的客人提供个性化的服务。 2. Ensure the room is prepared to required standards and meets specificneeds of guest. 确保准备的房间符合客人要求及具体的需求。 3. Liaise with other departments over servicing requirements of room andguest 与其他部门协作来超越客人和房间的服务要求。 4. Other ad hoc tasks and duties as required by Manor Club Manager andChief Butler 要完成行政酒廊经理以及首席管家安排的其它工作。 Requirements 任职资格： 1. University Bachelor Degree and above. 大学本科及以上学历。 2. Ability to work independently and as a team. 能够独立工作和团队合作。 Experience 经验要求： 2 years and above experience in similar positionin a luxury or ultra-luxury international brand hotel. 至少两年在奢华五星级酒店或国际品牌的超豪华酒店的相关工作经验。
