2. Oversees the performance ofthe Rooms Division (exercising supervision over the EAM in charge of Rooms, theFront Office Manager, the Executive Housekeeper, the Guest Services Manager,the Security Manager, F&B, Kitchen, S&M, HR & Training,Finance and Engineering Departments. Provides guidance and assistance in theexecution of their responsibilities and helps them set their respective departmentalobjectives.
