【岗位职责】
1、按凯悦会议宴会标准回答所有电话询问、处理电邮询问、制作建议书和合同、主持酒店参观活动、策划会议宴会、创建会议宴会确认单、执行并跟踪会议宴会。
To follow all Hyatt Events Standards for answeringphone enquiries, handling email enquiries, preparing proposals and contracts,conducting Hotel Tours, planning Events, creating Event Confirmations, Eventexecution and Event follow-up.
2、实施电话销售活动,以发现新的商业机会。
To undertake telemarketing activities to identifynew business opportunities where required.
3、根据酒店、行业和公司的指引,回应职能变化需求、进行调整。
Responds to changes in the Event Salesfunction as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
【岗位要求】
1、1年以上同岗位工作经验;
More than 1 year of working experience in the same position.
2、了解酒店各种会议类型的操作程序,具有良好的沟通协调能力;
Understand the operation procedures of various meeting types in hotels, and have good communication and coordination skills.
3、熟悉会场内各类设施设备的使用维护的基本常识。
Be familiar with the basic common sense of the use and maintenance of various facilities and equipment in the venue.

1、与会议宴会销售团队一起负责将所有电话询价转变成直接收入。
Together with Event Sales Team, to be primarilyresponsible for converting all incoming leads.
2、实施电话销售活动,以发现新的商业机会。

3、始终履行品牌承诺,并提供优越的客户服务。
To deliver the brand promise and provideexceptional client service at all times.
4、与竞争对手的酒店代表、生意伙伴和其他组织,包括本地的学校、旅游学校和大学保持良好的关系。
Maintains strong, professionalrelationship with the relevant representatives from competitor hotels, businesspartners and other organisations.
【岗位要求】
1、3年以上同岗位工作经验。
More than 3 years of working experience in the same position.
2、具备酒店销售学、酒店管理学、旅游经济学、旅游心理学、公共关系学等知识的储备。
Have a reserve of knowledge in hotel sales, hotel management, tourism economics, tourism psychology, public relations, etc.
3、具有市场调查和预测能力,能及是掌握市场动态,并能综合分析,及时地提出相应的措施和合理的建议。
Possess the ability of market research and prediction, be able to timely grasp market dynamics, conduct comprehensive analysis, and promptly propose corresponding measures and reasonable suggestions.
4、有较强的语言表达能力,能撰写市场调研报告,具有起草工作计划、总结及业务汇报的能力Have strong language expression skills, be able to write market research reports, and have the ability to draft work plans, summaries, and business reports.
