【岗位职责】 1、根据营业情况，对服务员进行工作任务分配，确保提供优质服务。 2、及时向经理和厨师长反馈客人对食品，服务方面的信息、了解客情，亲自为重要客人服务。 3、妥善处理餐厅里发生的问题和客人的意见，并及时向经理汇报。 4、定期检查，清点餐厅的设备、餐具、布草等物品，并将结果汇报给经理。 5、督促服务员做好餐厅安全和清洁卫生工作，保证达到饭店规定的标准。 【岗位要求】 1、高中以上学历，有同岗位工作经验3年以上。 2、有一定的菜肴、食品、酒水等方面的知识。 3、有一定的组织和管理能力，具有熟练的中、西、宴会服务技能。 4、热爱本职工作，工作勤勤恳恳，认真负责。 5、身体健康，仪表端庄。

岗位职责： 产品销售与推广 - 协助景区销售总监制定并实施景区产品的销售方案，包括门票、游乐项目、餐饮住宿等，提高产品销售额。 - 拓展销售渠道，与旅行社、在线旅游平台、企业客户等建立并维护良好的合作关系，争取更多业务合作。  客户关系管理 - 负责客户的开发、跟进与维护，及时处理客户咨询与投诉，提高客户满意度和忠诚度。 - 收集客户反馈意见，为景区产品改进和服务提升提供建议。团队协作 - 与景区内部其他部门协作，确保销售工作与景区运营、服务等环节紧密配合，保障游客的良好体验。  数据统计与分析 - 定期收集、整理和分析销售数据，如销售额、客户数量、市场份额等，评估销售效果，为销售策略调整提供数据支持。 - 撰写销售报告，向上级领导汇报销售工作进展和成果，提出改进措施和建议。
