岗位职责 1.协助酒店高级管理层负责及整个酒店的运作收集对客服务过程中所产生的问题信息。 2.在前厅部经理的直接领导下，在当班期间负责整个酒店的正常运作。 3.负责处理宾客的问题和投诉。 4.负责重要宾客的迎领工作。 5.进行整个酒店的安全和日常的设备检查工作。 6.解决当班期间发生的安全问题。 7.向其它班次协调交班记录上需要沟通的事项。 岗位要求 1.有同岗位工作经验两年以上。 2.能用流利的英语从事前厅服务形象气质佳，精通电脑操作，具备较强的英文听说读写能力。 3.仪表端庄，热爱酒店工作，反应敏捷，善于交际具有较好的管理和协调能力，能够很好的发挥其管理、领导和监督的作用。 4.注重细节，工作有责任心，敢于承担责任，执行力较强。 5.有上进心和良好的学习能力和抗压能力。

工作职责 1、在经理缺席时主持交接班说明会，确保员工了解酒店的活动和运营的要求。 2、在自己当班期间尽可能解决所有的投诉，并在工作日志中记录所有投诉以便进一步跟进的工作。 3、监督现金的处理和存放程序。 4、编制每日存款和流动资金报告。 5、处理异常的付款情况。 6、监督服务设备的维护保养。 7、监督客用设施和服务的标准。 8、控制存货和监督保安成序。 9、协助菜单和酒水单的设计工作。 10、监督各项职能。 11、监督餐厅的服务。 12、和上级领导一起进行人力规划和管理需求。 13、和上级领导一起编制和管理部门预算。 14、要有直播经验 责任范围 1、管理的员工 2、具有解决问题和培训的能力

岗位职责 1.全面负责西厨房、宴会厨房及管事部的日常运营管理工作，控制所有设施及成本，   增加餐饮部的利润。 2.精通粤菜，依据餐厅定位和顾客需求，精心设计并推出具有特色和市场竞争力的粤式菜单，不断提升菜品质量和口感。 3.严格把控食材质量与食品安全标准，监督食材的验收、储存、加工等环节，确保每一道菜品符合卫生安全要求，为顾客提供安全、美味的餐饮体验。 4.负责中餐厨房团队培训与管理，定期组织厨师进行技能培训与考核，提升团队整体厨艺水平，激发团队创新活力，营造积极向上的厨房工作氛围。 5.与餐厅服务团队保持密切沟通协作，及时了解顾客反馈，根据顾客意见和市场需求变化，对菜品进行调整与优化，提升顾客满意度和餐厅口碑。 6.合理控制厨房成本，优化食材采购渠道与菜品制作流程，减少浪费，提高厨房运营效益，在保证菜品质量的前提下，实现成本的有效控制和利润最大化。 7.参与餐厅的营销活动策划，配合餐厅管理层制定相关餐饮推广方案，通过特色菜品展示、美食节等活动形式，提升餐厅知名度和市场影响力，吸引更多顾客光临。 岗位要求 1.高中以上学历,同岗位工作经验3年以上。 2.接受过专业技术训练，达到X级厨师技术水平。 3.有丰富的技术及行政经验，其中在五星级饭店工作不得少于5年以上。 4.懂得成本核算，食物原料及食品营养知识。 5.身体健康，精力充沛。
