Participates with the GM in the elaboration of the hotel's sales and revenue standards and procedures and directly responsible of their implementation and respect from the team members.
2.相关市场信息准备并出具年度市场营销计划以及年中预估。
Compiles all necessary market information and preparation and present annual sales and marketing plan as well as middle year estimate.
3.计划、协调并指导有关市场销售部门和收益的所有活动。
Plans, co-ordinates and directs all activities of the Sales and Revenue Department.
4.根据入住率以及平均房价确保酒店经济效益最大化。
Ensures at all-time maximum yield for the property both in term of occupancy and average room rate.
5.直接负责酒店总体收益。确保通过制定并实施相应营销策略使酒店收益达到最大化,并根据该策略控制并指导酒店销售团队之行动。
Directly responsible of the hotel total revenue. Ensures maximization of this revenue by preparing market strategies and ensuring the implementation, control and distribution of those strategies both via hotel sales-members activities.
6.监督月度营销活动报告以及每日销售访问报告之制定过程。
Monitor the preparation and supervision of monthly sales activity report, daily sales call report.
7.直接负责账户的再分配以及通过控制客户拜访及其他销售活动的数量以及质量来确保营销活动所带来效益的最大化。
Directly responsible for the repartition of accounts and for ensuring maximization of sales activities by controlling both quality and quantity of sales calls as well as other sales activities.
