1. 建立百分百客户满意度政策,提供真正的符合客人期望的热情服务

2. 参与餐厅的商业策略的发展,其策略与酒店的整体宗旨相一致
· Participates in the development of business strategiesfor restaurant which are aligned with the overall objectives of the hotel:
· 时常监督状况,根据情况做相应的调整
· Monitors status regularly and adjusts strategiesas appropriate.
· 协助经理制定和贯彻餐厅的策略,其支持酒店目标的成功
· Assist the Manger Develops and implementsstrategies for the assigned Food and Beverage outlets that support achievementof the hotel’s goals.
· 及时地关心客人
· Addresses customer concerns in a timely manner.
3. 协助经理制定和贯彻策略,从而达到收入和利润的目标
velops andimplements strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals:
· 协助制定和贯彻特别的促销计划和员工的提成.
· Assist the Manger Develops and implements specialpromotions and employee incentives.
4. 管理部门运作
Manages theoperation of assigned outlet:
· 协调餐厅区域的摆设要符合酒店的标准
· Co-ordinates the setup of restaurants areas inaccordance with standards.
· 做好管理餐厅的餐饮服务,指导员工在有效的工作和食品呈现方面的技巧
· Manages the food and beverage service providedin assigned outlet; coach employees on effective service and food presentationtechniques
· 协助经理组织员工月度会议;主持每天的例会,讨论一些特别的事宜,预定和新菜单
· Assist the Manger Leads monthly staff meetings;conducts daily pre-shift meetings to discuss specials, house count,reservations and new menu items
· 协助食品和酒水的成本分配
· Assists when required with cost breakdowns onfood and beverage functions
· 与人力资源部门一道工作保证所有人事政策,以主动和专业的方式按照集团和酒店的水平实施并准守
· Works in conjunction with the Human ResourcesDepartment to ensure that all HR initiatives, both at corporate and hotel levelare implemented and adhered to in a pro-active and professional manner.
· 确保所有的流程按照酒店的采购程序实施,同时确保餐饮部经理 签字认同
· Ensures procurement procedures are conducted throughthe use of Hotel’s Purchase Order System and ensures that the Food and BeverageManager has signed off.
· 检查所有酒水的发票,根据基本库存量和请购单证实请购和收货的数量;比较报价和收据的价格。所有的发票要归档
· Examine all beverage invoices, verifyingquantities ordered and received against the par levels and purchase orders;compares quoted prices to invoice prices. All invoices are to be recorded.
· 选择性的核对酒水发票并且检查发票上的成本是否和市场上的报价符合
· Verifies the extensions on beverage invoices on aselective basis and checks invoice unit cost to match them with the market quotationsheets.
· 协助经理主持月度库存盘点
· Assist the Manger Supervises and assists on thetaking of all food and beverage inventories.
【岗位要求】
1、有现代的餐饮运营及管理经验。
2、有5-8年的餐饮运营的相关工作经验。
3、在同级酒店最少2-3年的同职务工作经验。
4、良好的运营及管理经验。
5、良好的个人仪表。
6、性格开朗、自信。
7、很好的与各级同事沟通,能指导并激励员工。
8、良好的英文听说水平。

在所负责的市场区域内,监视和报告市场及竞争者的情况
Monitors and reports on market and competition within own market segment
准备销售报告,确保市场及客户信息的准确性,以便于工作的跟进

【岗位要求】
1、具备领导才能,了解所负责部门对各职位的责任
2、掌握使用互联网及其它主要电脑系统的知识
3、掌握应用销售及前台的电脑系统
4、了解商务旅游、旅游业国际市场,会议旅游及餐饮销售
5、能够掌握和理解市场和竞争
6、必须具备良好的中,英文读写能力
7、良好的电脑技能,至少会使用微软2003或以上操作系统、微软办公软件2003或更高版本、互联网及其它的流行出版软件
8、良好的人际交往和沟通技巧
9、独立工作和团队工作的能力
10、五年销售与市场推广方面的经验, 包括在国际连锁酒店的管理经验并有最少XXX年的销售经理经历
