【岗位职责】 1、负责分配督导员工工作，制定工作计划。 2、掌握所辖客房的状况。 3、根据酒店的运营标准，随时对房间和设施设备及各项物品进行检查。 4、熟悉部门的运作情况，处理每天的事务，发现问题及时进行指导。 5、留意宾客动态，处理一般性的宾客投诉，有重大事故时须向部门经理报告。 【岗位要求】 1、具备国际连锁酒店楼层主管工作经验者优先。 2、熟悉客房专业知识、熟练运用电脑。 3、具有组织协调能力、应变能力、以及文字表达能力。

1、确保任何时间房态的正确性，客房及客房走廊和公共区域进行常规检查； 2、协助准备员工排班，能协助部门经理、主管制定员工培训员工； 3、满足住店客人的各项服务要求，提供标准化服务； 4、负责钥匙的严格控制，酒水管理，保证房间设施设备的正常使用； 5、客房楼层易耗品领用及成本控制，保证房间的物品配备。 6、与前厅部保持联系，控制房态；工程部维修单的报备；房间酒店产品信息的更新。 岗位要求1、中专及以上学历文化程度；2、良好的语言表达和沟通能力；3、两年楼层工作经验或一年以上同岗位工作经验；4、吃苦耐劳，抗压性强。 工作地点：广西崇左

【岗位职责】 1、负责宾客游泳的绝对安全、勤巡视池内泳者的动态，发现溺水者要迅速处理，做好抢救工作并及时向领导报告。 2、认真做好每天的清场工作。 3、负责游泳池水质的测验和保养及游泳场地的环境卫生。 4、上班集中精神，不得与无关人员闲谈，救生台不得空岗，无关人员不得进入池面。 5、勤在泳池边观察。注意游泳者的动向，防止发生意外，保证宾客的安全。对不会游泳者可作技术指导。 6、定时检查更衣室，杜绝隐患。 【岗位要求】 1、相关院校毕业生。 2、熟悉游泳池服务知识、掌握游泳和救生急救技术，掌握游泳卫生消毒知识，取得白卡以上救生证书。 3、能按服务工作规范的质量标准独立进行工作。 4、需具备水上紧急救援技能及陆地人工救护专业知识，能够在发生水上或陆地意外时，迅速、有效地实施急救措施，保障人员安全。

1. 负责实现自己的市场部分的客房目标，探索新的潜在客户并维护现有的合作客户； 2. 收集市场信息，确保提供最高水准的服务，并与相关部门协调其他细节。协助总监实现团队目标并实施销售策略和战术； 3. 负责酒店分配的销售任务，包括收入指标和客户开发、维护指标； 4. 拜访调查并筛选潜在的新客户，按时完成新客户的开发指标及产出指标。

岗位职责： 1.按照集团标准清洁房间，并提供所需对客服务； 2.当客房处于”请勿打扰”状态时,尊重客人的隐私； 3.坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序； 4.与本部门和其它部门的同事保持良好的工作关系； 5.向楼层主管汇报任何借物的丢失或损害。 岗位要求： 1.具有良好的管家部楼层日常操作方面的知识； 2.身体健康，吃苦耐劳，能够承受工作压力； 3.相关工作经验。
