【岗位职责】 1、全面负责门店日常运营管理，制定并执行门店经营计划，确保完成公司下达的业绩指标； 2、负责门店团队建设与管理，包括员工招聘、培训、考核及激励，提升团队凝聚力和专业能力； 3、优化门店服务流程，提升客户满意度，处理客户投诉及突发事件，维护良好的客户关系； 4、监督门店房源管理，确保房源信息准确、更新及时，提高房源出租率和周转效率； 5、控制门店运营成本，合理调配资源，确保门店财务健康及合规运营； 6、分析市场动态及竞争对手情况，制定针对性的营销策略，提升门店市场占有率； 7、执行公司各项规章制度，确保门店运营符合公司标准及行业规范。 【岗位要求】 1、本科及以上学历，房地产、市场营销、工商管理等相关专业优先； 2、5年以上连锁酒店/公寓工作经验，其中至少3年以上门店管理经验； 3、熟悉北京住房租赁市场，具备较强的市场分析及营销策划能力； 4、优秀的团队管理能力，能够有效激励员工并带领团队达成目标； 5、具备出色的沟通协调能力及客户服务意识，能妥善处理各类突发事件； 6、年龄28-38岁，责任心强，抗压能力强，适应高强度工作节奏； 7、熟练使用办公软件及行业相关管理系统，具备数据分析能力。

【岗位职责】 1、协助店长完成酒店日常运营管理工作，包括前台接待、客房服务、客户投诉处理等； 2、负责酒店日常数据统计与分析，定期提交运营报告，并提出优化建议； 3、监督并指导基层员工执行标准化服务流程，确保服务质量符合公司要求； 4、协助制定并执行酒店营销策略，提升入住率和客户满意度； 5、负责酒店物资管理，包括采购申请、库存盘点及成本控制； 6、处理突发事件及客户特殊需求，确保酒店运营平稳有序； 7、配合店长完成员工排班、培训及绩效考核相关工作。 【岗位要求】 1、本科及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先； 2、3年以上酒店行业工作经验，有连锁酒店或高端酒店从业经验者优先； 3、熟悉酒店运营管理流程，具备较强的服务意识和客户沟通能力； 4、具备良好的数据分析能力，能熟练使用办公软件（如Excel、PPT等）； 5、责任心强，具备较强的抗压能力及团队协作精神； 6、年龄25-38岁，形象气质佳，普通话流利； 7、能适应倒班工作制，有较强的应急处理能力。
