协助监管酒店餐饮运营的各方面工作,确保达到品牌的餐饮品质和宾客服务标准,以及部门收入和利润目标
关注客人对饭菜及服务的投诉、要求和需求,并立即采取有效措施。
熟悉市场及竞争的趋向及变化。
Assist in managing the day-to-day operation of theFood and Beverage sections and informs the Director of Food and Beverage ordesignate, of any major decision taken which did not require his/her action andany other relevant information.
Assistwith managing the food and beverage operations of the hotel to ensure theachievement of established food and beverage quality and guest service qualitystandards and departmental revenue and profit goals.
Attendsto guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding food and services andimmediately takes all required corrective measures.
Be familiar with changes and trends in the competitionand the market place.
