位职责： 1、根据冠寓地区运营的要求，完成公寓门店的运营计划，协助店长开展门店的日常管理和基础服务； 2、采取有效措施保障门店收入和增值服务目标的实现； 3、及时掌握公寓门店的运营状态，联系安排房间维修和维护； 4、建立、维护良好的公共关系(客户关系、邻里关系、社会关系)及时处理突然事件； 5、处理客户投诉不断改善公寓门店的运维工作； 6、协助店长组织门店活动，提高客户粘性。 任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历； 2、对公寓行业感兴趣； 3、良好的解决问题的能力，逻辑清晰，服务意识强。
