Responsibilities of the post:
1.协助部门进行完成工作任务,学习并执行各个部门的工作流程;
Assist the department to complete the work task,learn and strictly implement the work standards and procedures of each department;
2.对日常工作流程中出现的问题,提出改进建议;
On the problems in the daily work flow put forward suggestions for improvement;
3.努力提高工作服务质量,保障宾客的优质体验;
Strive to improve the quality of work service and ensure guests the quality experience of guests;
岗位要求:
Job requirements:
1.本科及以上学历,国内知名高校优先考虑;
Bachelor degree or above, well-known universities in China Priority;
2.具有良好的沟通能力;
Good communication skills;
3.具有良好的问题分析和总结能力,逻辑思考能力及独立思考和判断能力;
Good ability to analyze and summarize problems logical thinking ability and Independent thinking and judgment ability force;
4.自我职业规划清晰,努力于酒店行业发展;
