Lead and manage the Reservation team to achieve
budgeted and forecasted rooms revenue, through the conversion of reservation
calls to sales, whilst delivering customer satisfaction. Maintain database accuracy in order to get
return correct inventory and rates to market, segment our business property,
and track our business to facilitate strategic analysis.

The Asst. Reservation Manager will be required to
conduct his/her duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance
with W Guangzhou’s policies and procedures, ensuring that the highest level of
service is maintained.

Experience
