Advise on wine and food pairings for guests.
Execute proper wine service technique.
Assist with updating the wine list with Beverage Manager, and Director.
Work with Beverage Manager to maintain a top-notch beverage program that meets revenue goals.
Monitor wine inventory.
Maintain wine cellar.
Oversee glassware inventory.
Establish relationships with vendors and assist director in their absence.
Attend distributor tastings and meetings with Purchasing Manager
Conduct ongoing staff training for wine.
Organize and execute wine-tasting events.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Sommelier CMS 1 required.
Sommelier CMS 2 preferred.
WSET 3
3 Years experience in a Michelin starred level restaurant
