Job Responsibilities职责描述:
1. Manage cost accounting functions, including beverage stock-taking and valuation, product cost analysis, work together with functional departments on set-up/maintenance of recipe standard costs and variance analysis
管理成本会计职能,包括酒水盘点核算和产品成本分析,和运营团队共同建立和维护菜单标准成本,进行差异分析
2. Recheck daily Receiving data and prepare weekly cost report
检查核对每日收货数据和准备每周成本报表
3. Analyze Monthly cost center expenditure (actual vs budget vs prior year)
分析每月成本中心支出 (实际vs预算vs上年同期)
4. Work with Purchasing on market survey and price updates of articles in system
参与采购定期市场调查,核对采购价格系统更新
5. Perform on-site regular spot checks and surprise inspections
对运营团队进行定期抽查和突击检查
6. Make sure the accuracy of sales price of all items and unit cost of beverage items in POS system.
确保销售价格和酒水成本在收银系统中的准确性
Qualifications任职要求:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Finance/Accounting
财务专业,财务相关背景,本科或以上学历
2. More than 2 years' experiences in Cost Control area at 5-star hotel or Michelin starred restaurant, with knowledge in Purchasing.
2年及以上五星级酒店或高端米其林餐厅的成本控制经验,了解采购流程
3. Fluent in spoken and written English
英语口语沟通无障碍,读写流利
4. Familiar with Excel and Purchasing/Finance system
熟练使用excel和采购/财务系统
5. Details-focusing with strong sense of responsibilities and logic-reasoning, good interpersonal communication skills
