主要工作职责：   负责市场开发，增加并保留客源。 建立并维护良好的客户关系以增加销售额。 完成全程的销售流程，包括销售跟踪，现场勘查，价格谈判，合约准备与签订。 服务客户，了解需求并尽量满足客户的要求。 设计并参与各项销售活动来增强客户的关系。 准备，分析销售报表。 资质要求：   大学专科以上学历，流利的英文听、说、读、写能力。 2年以上酒店/服务公寓销售工作经验。 良好的人际沟通能力，能有效地进行内/外部沟通。 较强的团队协作精神、组织及策划能力。 熟悉EXCEL, WORD, ERP(ORACLE)系统。 富有工作热情，能承受工作压力 。 工作地点：徐汇区罗秀路897号，近地铁15号线罗秀路站
