As the Finance Manager for Fotografiska Shanghai, you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of the museum. You will be the cornerstone of our financial operations, overseeing the day-to-day accounting tasks that form the foundation of our financial accuracy. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining impeccable financial records will be crucial in driving the museum's financial success. Financial Reporting and Analysis: - Design and establish standardized financial reporting formats that capture key performance indicators, expenses, and revenue of the company. - Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and analyses for management review. - Create dashboards or reporting tools to furnish management with timely insights. Financial Operations: - Supervise daily financial transactions, accounts payable and receivable, and expense management. - Maintain compliance with local and international financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements. - Manage audits and coordinate with external auditor Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, anticipate financial needs, and recommend actions to maintain healthy liquidity levels. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to optimize cash flow and fund allocation. Budget Management: - Collaborate with department heads to establish annual budgets, ensuring alignment with operational goals and financial targets. - Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and recommend adjustments to optimize resource utilization. Tax Management - Ensure the adequate filling and management of all tax operations, in particular the VAT management of the operation - Develop the relationships with the tax office and ensure that the company is best positioned to benefit from all the various benefits available.
