职位描述:
- 对促销策略和市场计划的开发与策划实施监管;
- Oversees and directs all aspects of the Sales and Marketing activities.
- 管理市场销售团队,并汇报计划的有效性。与区域销售市场办公室进行直接的例行交流;
- Manages the Sales and Marketing team and reports on effectiveness of the plan. Requires direct and routine interaction with Regional Sales and Marketing office.
- 制订年度收益计划、市场预算及预测以确保收益计划目标得以实现;
- Produces the Annual Revenue Plan, Marketing Budgets and Forecasts to ensure objectives are achieved.
- 协调保持和增加业务量的各种方法,包括广告、促销、个人销售、宣传、社区关系、特别销售项目等;
- Coordinates all methods of maintaining and increasing business volume, includes advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, publicity, community relations, special sales projects, etc.
- 定期检查销售与市场部员工的活动报告,以确保销售目标的实现;
- Reviews regularly activity reports of the team to ensure targets and Sales objectives are being met.
- 对酒店内部宣传品的视觉效果进行定期检查,以确保达到品牌标准。
- Reviews regularly internal promotion pieces for visual effect and ensure they conform with brand standards.
具体要求:
- 至少4年相关工作经验或类似的管理经验,或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景。
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- 能充分领会总经理的经营意图,正确处理上下级之间、部门之间的关系,并能组织指挥部门各项工作计划的实施,确保部门的正常运转。
- Correctly handle the relationship between departments and governments.
- 有强烈的事业心责任感,有较强的自学能力和适应性。
- Have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, have strong self-learning ability and adaptability, impartially.
