酒店餐饮演艺厅总监 工作地点：西藏 岗位职责： 1、 根据酒店预算要求，分析餐饮经营状况完成预算指标； 2、 负责酒店餐厅歌舞经营、节目安排、治安管理及设施设备使用管理； 3、 合理安排酒店餐厅歌舞节目，结合市场需要制定每个时期的经营目标，做好节假日促销活动，扩大歌舞厅的影响力，为酒店树立良好的市场形象。 4、分析研究市场状况和变化趋势，制定并调整餐厅经营管理基本策略，审批确定内部管理制度； 5、根据酒店客源状况和市场变化，制定餐饮全年及各月、各季食品节，食品周活动计划； 6、宏观控制餐饮部收支状况，监督采购及盘点，有效控制成本。 任职要求： 1、具有五年以上相关工作经验，有餐厅及歌舞演艺厅运营管理经验； 2、精通餐饮运营全流程；                                            3、熟悉西藏酒店市场资源，有西藏当地酒店餐饮高管工作经验者优先； 4、具有良好组织经营、产品创新能力等； 5、具有丰富的商务谈判技巧，出色的沟通和应变能力，洞察分析能力强。

工作地点：西藏拉萨、林芝 岗位职责： 1、经营中贯彻国家相关法律、法规和方针政策，落实集团下发的各项政策制度，执行集团安排的各类活动； 2、按要求完成集团下发的经营收入和利润考核指标； 3、疏导酒店所在区域政府、相关业务单位、集团其它酒店等单位及部门的联系，提升酒店所在区域的社会影响力，确保酒店日常高效经营。 4、参与酒店经营决策，制定和落实酒店各项经营计划，积极参与营销活动，与市场销售部共同拜访重要客户， 提升客户忠诚度。 5、按照集团要求确保工作质量始终如一，按时完成各项考核，建立健全酒店各项安全制度体系，制定各类应急议案，落实安全责任制。  任职要求： 1、大专及以上学历，身体健康，熟悉西藏、拉萨、林芝营销资源优先。 2、具有星级酒店或高端民宿同职岗位五年以上工作经验，熟悉酒店及民宿筹开及经营。 3、具有旅游市场拓展及开创销售渠道能力，具有洞察市场动态及方向的敏锐力。 4、事业心较强，善于管理和经营团队。 5、有较强的沟通、计划、决策和综合判断能力。
