    工作职责:1. 根据酒店的战略规划,结合市场和本酒店的实际情况,拟定科学的市场销售计划,报上级审批后组织实施,并定期向主管领导汇报销售成果。2. 计划与调整市场销售策略。掌握市场动态,定期分析市场特点和发展趋势;走访客户,征求客户意见,根据市场变化和客户需求调整营销策略,争取提高酒店平均房价和市场占有率。3. 根据市场动态,策划重要的营销活动,积极宣传推广酒店,搞好公共关系,树立酒店良好的社会形象,提高酒店知名度。4. 建立、巩固和扩展销售网络,密切联系国内外客户,稳定客源市场;积极参加旅游宣传和促销活动,与各地客户建立长期的良好合作关系,不断开拓新市场、新客源。5. 其他市场销售部门的管理事宜。 任职资格:1.性别不限,五官端正,形象良好。2.大专以上学历。3.3年以上星级酒店同岗位工作经验。4.普通话流利,英语口语良好。5.熟悉市场运作规律及营销管理规范,具有良好的职业道德和服务意识,具有良好的组织协调能力和公关技巧。6.忠诚;热情,有较强的亲和力;富有朝气,进取,事业心强;有全局观,善于倾听意见;有敏锐的洞察力和准确的判断力。
