Ensure that the above-mentioned clientele are receiving the type of service they are deserved and follow up with Guest Services to ensure that all request are carried out. 维护回头客的资料系统，万豪礼赏计划以及贵宾项目。确保以上提及的客户享受到他们应得的服务并且保持与客户的良好关系以确保他们的要求得到满足。 6. Be able to handle emergencies. Be trained in these procedures and be able to act upon them. 能够处理紧急事件。必须掌握处理紧急事件的程序的相关知识和有能力遵照以上知识在紧急情况发生时处置。

工作职责： 1.负责燃料节约、水电节约，水质的质量验收和评估。 2.按照操作规程，做好水质管理确保锅炉的安全运行。 3.做好锅炉及其附属设备的维护保养和年度检修工作。 4.持有劳动部门颁发的“蒸汽锅炉操作证”即上岗证。 5.了解锅炉安全操作规程劳动保护、消防安全、环境保护等有关知识。 6.能够熟练地进行锅炉操作，熟悉锅炉构造、原理、操作规程，能对锅炉及附属设备进行维护、保养，对一般故障有分析判断和排除能力。

有物业项目会计经验优先

岗位职责 1、制定并完善酒店各项培训管理制度。 2、协助上级进行全酒店各部门日常培训需求分析。 3、负责新员工的入职培训工作。外请人员来店培训的服务工作。 4、负责全酒店员工的公共外语、行业素质意识及酒店规章制度培训。 5、收取各部门季度、月度培训计划、初审工作。 6、协助上级培训各部门业务培训负责人培训技巧和知识。 7、编辑最新酒店业管理和信息资料,向各部门和全体员工推荐公布。 岗位要求 1、大专以上学历，有相同岗位工作经验1年以上。 2、具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力。 3、具有较强的文字综合能力和口头表达能力。 3、能按照酒店经营发展对人才的需要，制订酒店总体培训规划和实施计划。 4、具备教育学、心理学以及酒店管理理论知识。 5、熟悉员工的规律、特点和岗位培训工作程序。
