Duties & Responsibilities岗位职责:
1. Supply guests/ residents with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
为客人提供酒店服务设施、营业时间以及当地特色活动等指引信息。
2. Contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem.
及时与相关人员或部门取得联系,解答客人的来电,满足客人的要求,解决客人的问题。
3. Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.
对客人提出的问题进行跟进,确保客人满意。
4. Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly.
确保接收信息,记录信息的正确性、完整性、易读性。
5. Other duties as may be required of him by the Superior from time to time
上级指派的其它任务。
Qualifications岗位要求:
1. Minimum college and above.
大专及以上学历
2. Experience preferred but not necessary
具有相关工作经验者优先考虑
3. Able to handle and manage heavy loads.
