About the Leasing Manager Role:This is a fantastic opportunity to join Cohost as a Leasing Manager where you will be responsible for the servicing and management of leasing accounts, and you will focus on achieving the room rental goals and getting the right tenants as laid out in the Sales Plan. You will generate business from existing and potential accounts, coordinating customer requirements with other departments so we have happy tenants and profitable apartments. We are a start-up, so the Cohost experience will also dependent on what you make of it...we want you to show up, speak up, contribute, and build the brand together. And as a start-up, everyone is expected to help out and pitch in where we can. To launch our new property in the West Bund area of Shanghai we need you to start immediately. Responsibilities: · Leasing & New Business:· Directly responsible for apartment rental and revenue generation for the property· Explore new sources of business by developing new contacts and seek out and contact new potential clients through direct enquiry and sales leads· Participate in familiarization visits, entertain potential tenants and companies to ensure future business for the apartments· Conduct on-site inspections for the existing or prospective influencers, decision makers and end users· Managing Agencies & Corporate Accounts:· Build and enhance sales relationships with a network of local real-estate agents· Maintain an active sales database, update sales account profiles and contact people after every call to maintain a proper profile of all accounts· Daily Property Sales and Tasks:· Monitor and report monthly sales performance· Attend weekly sales meetings, and prepare weekly sales call reports· Be aware of current market trends and supply competitor activity info to management· Work with Community Manager to create promotional packages to enhance sales Qualifications:· University education· 3+ years hotel, serviced apartment or residential sales or property leasing market experience· Knowledge of market segment· Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation skills· Written and spoken fluency in Chinese and English (essential)· Well-presented and professional demeanor including a positive attitude· Demonstrate integrity on a personal level, as well as on a professional level Compensation Package:· Opportunity to be part of a new initiative and exciting company· Full time, with additional hours as required· Salary commensurate with level of experience· Paid vacation, sick leave and reimbursements as outlined in the personnel manual
