工作职责： 1. 负责厨房切配工作，食材验收、储存、加工及出品全流程，确保食品安全与操作规范符合国家《食品安全法》及餐饮行业标准； 2. 制定并执行菜单计划、成本控制方案及人员排班，合理管控物料损耗与人工成本； 3. 组织厨房员工开展岗位培训与技能提升，监督卫生清洁、设备维护及消防安全执行情况； 任职资格： 1. 具备3年及以上砧板切配经验，有中型以上餐饮门店或连锁品牌厨房主管履职经历者优先； 2. 持有有效健康证明及相应岗位所需的食品从业人员培训合格证书； 3. 熟悉餐饮服务食品安全操作规范，具备基础成本核算能力与团队协调能力； 4. 遵守劳动法律法规，无违法违纪记录，认同企业价值观，具备责任心与抗压能力。
