    Job Descriptions:   The Hotel Director is responsible for the development and delivery of hotels (3 theme hotels, total 1000 rooms) operations and strategy that fits within the Resort, providing exceptional guest experience, while ensuring full compliance with health & safety legislation and achievement of budgeted financials/KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).   Key Responsibilities:   Operational Leadership:  • In conjunction with the General Manager, develop and deliver overall resort/Group Hotel Strategy.  • Delivery of hotel financial & quality standards KPIs.  • Compliance with all health & safety/food hygiene legislation and standards.  • Ensure all aspects of hotel are consistent with the corporate brand image.  • As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, to participate in and drive the strategic direction of the business and master plans.  • Act as a role model for staff in leading the Merlin Way.  • Works closely to integrate the hotel with the park to work as a whole resort.     1.与客户及合作伙伴保持密切良好的合作关系,积极挖掘和跟进客户需求,掌握销售线索,完成销售业绩指标 2.负责新客户开发与渠道拓展,挖掘潜在客户资源,建立客户信息库,完成客户开发指标,管理客户资料 3.编写、修改报价书、合同,推销文书及销售备忘录 4.积极宣传和推广酒店产品设施和服务,完成季节性产品销售目标 5.根据需要准备每周,月度,季度和年度报告,确保市场及客户信息的准确性,以便于工作的跟进。积极参与销售培训,遵循部门政策和流程遵循所有信息安全政策,协助并积极完成上级主管安排的其他任务 6.系统而有效地拜访现有的和潜在的范围之内的客户,把所得的发现和机会整合成报表并上交给销售副总监; 7.具备优秀的领导能力,可协助上级领导解决问题。 岗位要求 1.大专及以上文化程度;3年以上同岗位工作经验。 2.英语听说读写良精通,出色的书面和口头沟通技能,CET-4或以上。 3.行为举止端正大方,仪容仪表符合酒店行业要求。 4.应征者需具备以下领导素能:行动力、沟通能力、以客为尊、人际关系技巧、群策群力、诚信、解决问题的能力、商业头脑、时间和任务管理能力。
