【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店客房的日常清洁与整理工作，确保客房卫生标准符合酒店要求； 2、及时补充客房内的各类消耗品，如洗漱用品、毛巾、床单等，并检查设施设备是否完好； 3、按照标准流程更换床单、被套、枕套，并对房间进行彻底消毒； 4、检查客房内设备（如电视、空调、灯具等）是否正常运行，发现问题及时报修； 5、协助处理客人的合理需求，如提供额外物品或解决简单问题； 6、保持工作区域整洁，确保清洁工具和设备的正确使用与存放； 7、遵守酒店的安全与卫生规范，确保工作环境符合健康标准。 【岗位要求】 1、身体健康，能适应体力劳动和倒班工作制； 2、具备良好的服务意识，耐心细致，责任心强； 3、能够独立完成客房清洁工作，并保证高效率与高质量； 4、具备基本的沟通能力，能与同事和客人保持良好互动； 5、无经验者可接受培训，有酒店客房服务经验者优先； 6、服从工作安排，具备团队合作精神。

The Director of Operations is responsible for the effective operational management of the hotel in order for Head of Departments to achieve and exceed their revenue and guest satisfaction targets. What will I be doing? As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Work in conjunction with the General Manager / Area General Manager to actively manage key property issues (including capital projects; customer service; refurbishment). Assist the development of meaningful, achievable hotel budgets and other short-term and long-term hotel strategic goals. Provide effective leadership to the hotel management team and team members to ensure targets are met and exceeded. Respond to audits that are completed by the company to ensure continual improvement is achieved. Plan, direct and coordinate the service delivery of all operational departments to meet and exceed guest expectations. Comply and exceed hotel and company service standards. Ensure that costs are controlled throughout the operational departments and the results are analyzed regularly to highlight problem areas and take appropriate action. Manage and develop the Head of Departments (HODs) to ensure career progression and effective succession planning within the hotel and company. Seek and respond to guest feedback to achieve positive outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction.
