岗位职责
1、Communicate with other departments and deliver information to related person, receive all relvant information and deliver. 与其它部门沟通及传达信息给有关部门及部门内之相应工作人员,并接收与部门有关的信息并传递。
2、Make records for all outside call. Responsible for the printing and typing work of the department. 对外线打入的私人电话做好记录;负责部门的文印打字工作。
3、Responsible for all L&F records, keeping, and issuing(store seperately for valuables), and make sure all articles placed tidy and reasonablely. 负责客人遗留物品的登记、保管及发放(贵重物品单独保管),同时确保遗留物品的整齐,摆放合理。
4、Responsible for conveying information between the front desk and room attendants, checking the system, and updating room status. 负责前台及客房服务员间的信息传达,查看系统,更新房态。
5、Assist the department manager in collecting and organizing guest opinions. 协助部门经理做好宾客意见的收集整理工作。
岗位要求
1、A vocational school degree or above, with a certain foundation in English writing and speaking is preferred. 中专以上学历,有一定的英语书写与口语基础为佳。
2、Proficient in computer operation and proficient in typing in both Chinese and English. 懂得电脑操作,能较熟练地进行中英文打字。
3、Quickly responsive, able to withstand certain work pressure, strong team spirit, good personality, meticulous and serious in work. 反应敏捷,能承受一定的工作压力,团队意识强,性格好,做事细致认真。
