【职责内容】 职责说明： 1、完成公司下达的市场目标任务的分解、管理与考核。 2、负责营销中心与其他部门的沟通、协调。 3、负责营销中心区域内的市场营销成本预算和控制。 4、负责根据市场变化进行营销策略的诊断、修正和优化。 5、根据公司经营战略及市场状况，自动自发地执行市场营销策略和品牌推广策略。 6、对团队人员进行产品知识和业务知识的培训。 职位要求： 1、4年以上专业线美容市场开发经验，有客户资源网络者优先。 2、能独立搭建销售平台，并领导团队完成公司的业绩指标。 3、具备市场开发及维护能力、培训能力、管理能力。 4、具有良好的职业操守，能领导团队完成公司销售指标，勇于承担责任。
