【岗位职责】 1、全面负责西厨房的日常运营管理工作，包括菜品研发，成本控制及质量把控。 2、监督并指导西厨团队完成食品制作，确保出品符合酒店标准及食品安全要求。 3、制定厨房操作流程及规范，优化工作效率，合理安排人员及设备资源。 4、负责厨房食材把控及库存管理，控制成本减少浪费。 5、定期厨房培训，提升团队技能及服务意识。 6、配合餐饮部完成各类宴会，活动，自助餐出品任务，确保高质量。 7、保持厨房卫生及设备，符合食品卫生及消防安全。 【岗位要求】 1、国际品牌酒店岗位工作经验优先。 2、有酒店开业筹备经验，熟悉西式烹饪的各类知识。 3、具有较强的沟通协调能力、领导力、责任心和主观能动性。

【岗位职责】 1、协助制定年度人工成本、福利管理制度、激励方案等。 2、执行酒店考勤审核汇总、工资福利及奖金审核、发放。 3、经办员工社保、公积金等相关工作。 4、协助监控酒店人力成本，为上层决策提供数据支持。 5、负责员工生育津贴申报、工伤申报、假期审核等工作。 6、收集内外部相关信息，完成对行业薪酬福利的调查，为上层决策提供数据支持。 7、负责人事档案, 以及劳动合同的管理工作。 【岗位要求】 1、大专以上学历，有国际/国内品牌酒店同岗位2年以上经验。 2、熟悉劳动法、税法、劳动保护和社会保险、劳动工资、福利等政策、法规。 3、为人正直，忠诚守信，工作严谨，保密性强。 4、具备良好的沟通协调能力，逻辑思维能力强，数字敏感度好，善于数据分析。
