工作职责： 1. 全面负责中厨房日常运营管理，统筹菜品研发、标准制定、成本控制及食品安全管理； 2. 组织安排厨房各岗位人员排班、培训与绩效考核，确保团队高效协作与专业能力持续提升； 3. 严格执行国家食品安全法律法规及企业卫生管理制度，落实原料验收、加工制作、餐具消毒、留样检测等全流程管控； 4. 根据经营需求优化菜单结构，平衡口味、营养、成本与出品稳定性，保障顾客满意度； 5. 配合餐饮部完成重大接待、节日推广、新品试吃等专项任务，提供专业烹饪支持与现场指导。 任职资格： 1. 具备7年及以上中餐厨房一线工作经验，其中不少于3年担任主厨或厨师长岗位，熟悉粤菜、川菜、淮扬菜等主流菜系制作工艺； 2. 持有国家认可的中式烹调师高级工（三级）及以上职业资格证书，具备食品安全管理员资质； 3. 学历为中等职业技术学校（中专/技校/职高）及以上，专业方向为烹饪工艺、餐饮管理等相关领域； 4. 熟悉《中华人民共和国食品安全法》《餐饮服务食品安全操作规范》等法规要求，具备较强的食品安全风险识别与应急处置能力； 5. 具备良好的组织协调能力、质量管控意识和团队带教经验，无违法违纪及重大食品安全责任事故记录。
