一、岗位职责 1、精通传统湘菜及特色土菜烹饪技法，熟练掌握剁椒鱼头、辣椒炒肉、腊味合蒸等经典菜式，能把控菜品口味、火候与摆盘，契合高端会所宴请标准，确保出品精致稳定、口感纯正。 2、负责会所湘菜菜品研发与菜单更新，结合季节时令、客户口味偏好及高端接待需求，设计特色菜品、定制专属菜单，持续优化菜品结构，提升客户用餐体验。 3、严格把控食材采购、验收及库存管理，熟悉湘菜食材特性，提出专业采购建议，合理控制食材损耗与成本，杜绝浪费。 4、负责厨房日常运营，严格执行食品安全与卫生标准，落实厨房5S管理，维护厨房设备设施，确保操作规范、环境整洁。 5、配合会所高端商务接待，根据接待规格调整菜品出品节奏，协助完成菜品介绍相关衔接工作，妥善处理客户对菜品的反馈与建议。 6、服从会所管理安排，配合后厨团队完成各项工作，协助开展厨房员工技能指导，营造高效协作的团队氛围。 二、任职要求 1、年龄28-45岁，身体健康、精力充沛，持有有效健康证，无不良嗜好，品行端正，注重个人卫生与职业素养。 2、有3年以上高端会所、星级酒店或精品私房菜湘菜相关工作经验，湖南籍从业者优先。 3、熟悉湘菜食材产地、规格及品质标准，能独立完成菜品研发、菜单设计及成本核算，具备较强的菜品创新能力。 4、具备良好的沟通协调能力与抗压能力，能适应高端会所接待节奏，工作严谨细致、责任心强，服从管理、踏实肯干。 5、近期可试菜者优先。 三、薪资福利（可面议，能力决定上限） 薪资待遇：综合薪资7000-12000元/月，每月准时发放，不拖欠。 基础福利：包吃包住 其他福利：工作环境高端舒适，团队氛围融洽，每月调休4天。 备注：投递简历请附带个人菜品作品照片，近期可试菜者优先安排面试，一经录用，待遇从优，期待与你共品湘味、共赴新程！
