协助康乐部经理确保各个区域顺畅有效的运行。          控制音乐播放、检察室内灯光是否保持适当的照度。 根据顾客意见调查结果，确保所有改进措施贯彻执行。  全面了解工作知识，能够根据服务标准对下属的工作起到监督，纠正和示范作用。 定期回顾，根据顾客期望和运营指导思想进行相应修改。  了解海湾半山酒店的运营理念、优惠活动，并积极推广。 熟知运营时间和服务设施及服务项目。 协助回顾与前台接待工作相关的政策和程序，根据需要进行相应变更。 保持一贯灵活性、适应健身房及游泳馆内不同区域的变换。 熟悉酒店所有服务项目和设备设施。 根据确定的运营时间保证康乐部各个区域按时营业。 在系统中及时更新预定，排班计划等内容。填写前台值班记录并根据报告跟进相关事宜。  定期监控库存并负责前台物品的采购。 熟知酒店的员工手册内容，严格执行会所的规章制度，尤其是有关消防，卫生，健康，与安全的政策和程序。 在职责范围内灵活变通，完成其它合理分配的职责。 组织新员工培训，对健身房及游泳馆的现有员工进行知识更新培训。 完成上级布置的其它任务。
