【岗位职责】 1、全面负责公司的经营管理，制定和实施公司战略、年度经营计划，确保公司目标的达成； 2、建立健全公司管理体系与规章制度，优化业务流程，提升运营效率； 3、统筹酒店项目的开发、运营及品牌建设，推动市场拓展与客户资源整合； 4、负责团队建设与管理，培养核心骨干，提升团队整体绩效； 5、协调内外部资源，维护政府、合作伙伴及客户关系，为公司发展创造良好环境； 6、把控公司财务状况，监督预算执行，确保资金合理使用与风险控制。 【岗位要求】 1、本科及以上学历，酒店管理、工商管理、旅游管理等相关专业优先； 2、拥有5年以上精品民宿或高端酒店全面管理经验，熟悉行业运营模式及市场动态，有一定的英文基础，持有驾照并能熟练驾驶； 3、精通Office办公软件及基础图片处理，熟悉民宿/酒店运营核心指标（如OCC、ADR、RevPAR等）； 4、具备出色的战略规划、决策能力及资源整合能力，有成功项目案例者优先； 5、优秀的团队管理能力，能有效激励团队并推动目标达成； 6、具备敏锐的市场洞察力与商业谈判能力，善于处理复杂关系； 7、责任心强，抗压能力强，适应高强度工作节奏。 薪资构成：底薪+ 高分成，您将拥有预算内的自主决策权，并享有明确的“运营合伙人”晋升通道，让您的贡献与回报长效绑定。
