Job Summary This position is responsible for all aspects of Spa and Fitness Centre & pool operation. This position requires a pro-active, creative and result driven person. He/ She provides direction and leadership to the Spa and Fitness Centre team to maximize revenue opportunities and guest satisfaction levels by executing effective administration of the department, implementing Rosewood service standards, planning a variety of resources (financial and human) and ensures the appropriate allocation and utilization of resources to achieve the department’s key result areas and objectives. Experience Solid experience in SPA and Fitness operations including more than 2 years as manager in sound Hotel brand or independent SPA. Fluent Mandarin and English speaking is a must.

Job Summary The role will be responsible for Guest Experience, Concierge Service and Lobby Movement,  be in charge of the functions' smooth daily operation and related team members, following standards and policies while implementing and maintaining the highest level of service in line with the management philosophy which also serves as a guide and example to respective team members.   Experience Solid experience in Guest Experience and Concierge operations in top luxury hotel. Min. 2 years experience as head of Front Service related functions, good personal presentation with strong lobby control and team leading skills. Fluent Mandarin and English speaking is a must.

Job Summary The role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all engineering-related construction, renovation, maintenance, and technical operations within hotel. This role reports directly to the Laundry Manager and collaborates closely with general Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Services, Finance, and Food & Beverage teams to support seamless hotel operations.   YOUR ROLE As Laundry Supervisor, you play an essential role in delivering Rosewood’s luxury service standards through the effective supervision of daily laundry operations. You will support in leading the laundry team while ensuring the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, efficiency, and safety. University bachelor's degree and above, excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English are a must. 2. To assist and support the Front Services Manager in the seamless running of the department in the most efficient and effective manner delivering the highest possible standards of service, whilst being pro-active in maintaining and/or improving turnover and profitability. 3. Maintains and implements effective interpersonal and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to use related computer systems. 5. Min 2 years experiences in similar capacity with luxury or international chain hotels, as same role or Duty Manager.
