主要工作职责(包括但不限于以下内容):
在部门经理的管理并且在授命于瑰丽酒店管理集团和当地政策与程序下, 在水疗中心相关区域时友好并且高效礼貌的服务于每个客人。工作直接汇报给部门经理。确保客户关系满意度可以达到每个客人的要求,保证每个来到水疗中心和健身中心的客人都能够体验到贴心周到的服务。负责水疗中心前台区域的工作,其中包括向客人问候,接听电话,协助客人关于水疗中心的一切服务和产品,预定理疗项目,登记进入的客人并且在电脑系统里对客人所消费的项目收费。
任职资格:
1. 大专或以上学历。
2. 熟悉健身和水疗知识。
3. 高效的跨部门沟通能力。
4. 熟练的中英文书写和口语能力。
5. 处理客人投诉的能力。
经验要求:
1年或1年以上五星酒店或以上,健身中心前台或者水疗前台工作经验。
可接受6个月及以上实习。

THE TEAM
Sense Spa is a vital part of the guest experience, offering personalized wellness journeys through spa, fitness, and pool facilities. The team works collaboratively to deliver seamless, intuitive, and elevated service, ensuring every guest feels genuinely cared for. This role reports directly to the Spa Manager and works closely with spa therapists, fitness colleagues, and other hotel departments to support daily operations and guest satisfaction.
YOUR ROLE
As Spa Host, you are the first and last point of contact for guests visiting Sense Spa. You play a key role in shaping each guest’s arrival and departure experience by delivering warm, professional, and efficient service. Through attentive guest engagement, accurate appointment handling, and close collaboration with internal teams, you contribute directly to guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and the overall success of Rosewood Hotel Group’s wellness offering.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Deliver a warm, polished, and personalized guest experience from arrival through departure
- Manage spa, fitness, and pool reception operations, including appointment booking, amendments, and cancellations
- Provide detailed and knowledgeable information on spa treatments, services, facilities, programs, and retail offerings
- Promote spa, fitness, and in-house facilities, including services, sessions, products, and available promotions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized reception and facility environment in line with Rosewood standards
- Communicate effectively with management and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
COULD THIS BE YOU?
- You have at least one year of experience in a spa or fitness reception role within a five-star hotel or similar environment
- You possess a service-driven mindset with a genuine passion for guest engagement and wellness
- You are confident in handling guest enquiries and resolving concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- You communicate effectively across departments and work well as part of a collaborative team
- You are comfortable using computer systems and managing appointments with accuracy and attention to detail
- You have a positive, goal-oriented attitude and take pride in maintaining high service and presentation standards
