岗位职责 1、负责酒店的所有客房设备，家具，水电系统的正常运行和保养维修。 2、 参与蒸汽管路维修保养。 3、 负责冷热水管路的维修保养。 4、 负责酒店内的所有水龙头及卫生洁具的维修保养。 5、 对所有下水、污水道进行维护及疏通。 6、 配合做好所有下水系统设备的维修保养。 7、 负责各区域厨房内的煤气管道接口、阀门的检查保养。 岗位要求 1、中专以上文化程度；1年以上同岗位工作经验。 2、具有机电、装修、装潢等方面知识，具备一专多能的技术技巧，能够承担起综合维修任务。 3、从事维修工作1年以上有强烈的责任感和事业心，工作认真负责，且对业务精益求精，具有较强的分析能力和动手能力。在工作中能吃苦耐劳，不怕脏，不怕累。 4、身体健康，精力充沛。 薪酬福利 工资：3-3.5+服务费 （月均 800),五险一金 月休8天，免费提供食宿
