岗位职责】 1、熟悉全日制餐厅西厨菜品的烹饪与标准，直接向厨师长汇报并协助其管理工作。 2、负责西厨日常运营，严格遵循菜单标准，保障出品质量稳定。 3、监督并检查西厨厨师的仪容仪表、操作规范及个人卫生，确保符合酒店卫生与形象标准。 4、监控食材验收流程，确保采购食品原料的质量、新鲜度及成本控制。 5、建立并维护厨房控制系统，包括卫生管理、成本控制、食品安全等。 6、积极研发新菜品，参与制定和更新全日制西餐厅菜单。 7、完成上级交办的其他工作任务。 【岗位要求】 1、能够适应全日制餐厅厨房运转模式。。 2、至少2年以上全日制餐厅西厨工作经验。 3、良好的沟通和团队合作能力。 4、有国际连锁酒店或知名餐饮品牌工作经验者优先考虑。
