【Job Description】
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Intern to support the Finance team in daily operational and accounting tasks. The intern will assist in the following areas:
1. Invoice& Billing Management
• Issue and upload Management Fee/ Incentive Fee/ Shared Services/ Revenue Cluster invoices and related bills on a monthly basis.
•
Perform invoice reconciliation and ensure accuracy of billing records.
2. Expense& Reimbursement Review
•
Download and verify employee reimbursements and payment records from the DingTalk system.
•
Follow up on missing original supporting documents.
•
Update the aging analysis of employee receivables on a weekly basis to ensure timely expense report submission.
•
Download and review monthly flight and train itinerary tickets for completeness and compliance.
3. Bank& PRC VAT Reconciliation
• Reconcile bank statements on a regular basis.
• Handle PRC VAT input tax validation and deduction, including invoice verification and reconciliation in compliance with PRC tax regulations.
4. Documentation& Administrative Support
• Scan, file, and organize financial documentation for WOFE Shanghai, Beijing, and Shenzhen branches.
• Collate financial vouchers and maintain orderly financial records.
• Assist in handling external affairs and administrative matters related to the Finance Department.

• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student.
• Major in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Available for at least a six-month internship.
• Able to work 4-5 days per week.
