【岗位职责】 1、负责厨房上什岗位的日常管理工作，确保出品质量和效率； 2、监督并指导上什岗位员工的操作流程，保证食品安全与卫生标准； 3、根据菜单需求，合理调配食材，控制成本，减少浪费； 4、协助厨师长制定上什岗位的工作计划及排班安排； 5、定期检查设备运行状况，确保厨房工具及设备的正常使用； 6、参与新菜品的研发与试制，提出改进建议； 7、处理上什岗位的突发问题，确保厨房运营顺畅。 【岗位要求】 1、具备一定的厨房上什工作经验，熟悉相关操作流程； 2、了解食品安全与卫生规范，持有相关健康证明者优先； 3、具备良好的团队协作能力，能够有效沟通并协调工作； 4、责任心强，能承受高强度工作压力； 5、对食材的选用与处理有一定经验，具备成本控制意识； 6、愿意接受酒店行业的弹性工作时间安排。
