【岗位职责】 1、准备所有的烤制配料及烤制各种面包、面包卷、早餐甜点及其他简单的烤制食品； 2、准备各种果冻和较少的生面； 3、做好并保持工作区域和设备的清洁工作； 4、确保有足量的面包供应。 【岗位要求】 1、高中以上学历，在星级酒店或西餐厅从事面包制作工作经验1年以上； 2、熟悉西餐的相关知识及礼仪； 3、熟练面包制作工艺及高超技能。

1.根据厨房各点所列领料清单如数领料并分到各点。 2.开餐前准备好常用菜肴盛装器皿，了解当天订餐情况，及所需器皿做好相应准备。 3.确保入堂菜单依次出菜，提示灶台厨师漏菜或催菜情况。 4.协助灶台厨师做好盘饰点缀，上粉加料工作。 5.每天下班后必须清理打荷台，未使用的器皿及时放回餐具保洁柜内，处理保存好盘饰点缀材料，调味盒应收盖放到指定处。 任职资格： 1.负责菜肴制前传递和烹饪后的美化工作，备齐每餐所需餐具，并保持整洁。 2.配合炉灶厨师出菜，严格把关食物质量问题避免发生食物中毒。 3.中专以上学历，持健康证上岗。

完成有关工作单。 如有需要，协助值班工程师作工作及联系其他同部门员工。 协助值班工程师执行其他维修工作。 熟悉紧急事件处理程序。 完成其它专业需要协助的工作项目 积极参加客房及餐饮宴会运营的内部支援工作，体现团队精神，为宾客提供优质的服务，为酒店争取更大的利益。
