【岗位职责】 1、全面负责前台接待、客房预订及收银等日常运营管理工作 2、督导前台员工服务标准执行，确保服务质量符合品牌要求 3、能够独立处理宾客投诉及突发事件，维护酒店声誉 4、审核每日营业报表及交接班记录 5、协调前厅部与其他部门的运营衔接 6、负责前台员工排班、培训及绩效考核 【岗位要求】 1、中专及以上学历，酒店管理相关专业优先 2、5年以上高星级酒店前台工作经验，2年以上管理岗位经验 3、精通前台系统操作及前台业务流程 4、具备优秀的服务意识与危机处理能力 5、普通话流利，英语基础会话能力 6、年龄28-35周岁，形象气质佳

岗位职责： 1、负责处理厨房的运作及行政事务，制定各种工作计划； 2、执行餐饮经理下达的各项工作任务和工作指示； 3、对厨房的出品、质量和食品成本承担重要的责任； 4、妥善处理客人对出品的投诉； 5、保持对员工队伍特别是厨师以上厨房员工的教育和培训； 6、检查厨房所属各岗位员工的操作规范，及时解决现场发生的问题； 7、督导厨房各分部主厨对食品原料的管理，合理地控制食品成本。 职位要求： 1、六年以上高档日料厨师长工作经验，国际品牌连锁酒店工作经验优先； 2、了解和熟悉食品材料和当地市场； 3、对成本控制管理、食品营养学、厨房的设备知识拥有相当的基础。
