【岗位职责】 1.参与酒店业务发展战略制定,制定多酒店项目整体财务发展规划与年度预算,跟踪预算执行情况,分析经营偏差并推动利润提升。 2.负责团队搭建、人才培养、绩效考核与流程优化,确保各酒店财务标准统一、执行到位。 3.统一各酒店项目会计核算标准、财务制度与报表规范;监督完成日常账务处理、月末/年末结账、财务报表与管理报表编制,确保财务数据及时、准确、合规。 4.组织各酒店年度经营预算、成本预算与资金计划编制;搭建酒店多维成本管控体系(客房、餐饮、人力、能耗、采购);开展经营利润分析与降本增效工作,提升毛利率与净利率。 5.全面负责所有酒店项目的资金调度、现金流管理、银行合作与融资规划;确保资金安全高效运转,优化资本结构,降低财务成本。 6.建立并完善酒店项目内控体系、审计机制与风险防范制度;监督财务制度、采购管控、库存管理、收入稽核的落地执行;防范财务风险、税务风险与经营风险。 7.熟悉酒店行业相关税收政策,负责多酒店项目整体税务筹划、申报与合规管理;在确保合法合规前提下合理降低税负。 8.协同酒店运营、销售、工程、人力等业务部门,提供准确的财务分析与决策支持;参与酒店项目投资评估、合同审核、定价策略与经营优化。 9.维护税务、财政、审计、银行、行业主管单位等外部机构良好合作关系;协调外部审计、年检与专项检查工作。 10.完成领导交办的其他财务专项工作 【岗位要求】 1、财务管理、会计、金融相关专业、大专及以上学历； 2、具有1年以上联号酒店财务负责人工作经验，熟悉酒店财务管理模式； 3、通晓财务、会计、金融、税务知识、掌握法律相关知识，具备基本计算机应用知识。 4、熟练运用会计电算化，熟练使用ERP财务软件。 5、具有一定的外部关系协调和统筹管理能力。 6、良好的团队领导力、协作能力，优秀的沟通、分析能力，对企业忠诚度高。

工作职责： 数字渠道预算管理及执行 • 根据酒店商业目标，合理分配预算至各线上渠道（官方渠道直销、品牌商城、国内外OTA）。 • 制定并维护年度线上渠道活动日历，涵盖重点节点（如618、双11、春节等）。 • 与集团保持战略协同，确保活动规划一致性。 活动与产品管理 • 执行集团及酒店层面的休闲散客促销活动（如618、双11、线上直播等）。 • 设计符合酒店休闲战略的电商产品，明确目标客群、渠道定位及活动目标。 • 管理产品全生命周期：申请、内容制作、上线发布、库存控制。 渠道与内容优化管理 • 定期检查价格合规性，及时上报异常，优化渠道分销结构。 • 审核酒店地理位置与POI 信息准确性，协调相关团队解决内容问题。 • 管理付费广告投放及效果（如集团PMP 项目、携程金字塔、Hilton Elevate 等），遵循内容审核与 SEO 优化建议，提升酒店曝光与转化。 • 跟踪踪并持续优化运营指标 （如飞猪HID%、抖音POI 评分等）。 • 负责抖音店铺运营，包括KOL/KOC 合作、内容创作、点评管理及直播投放。 • 确保酒店内容在中英文之间准确翻译与本地化，吸引多元休闲客源市场。 • 优化内容评分，确保各渠道房型与价格展示准确。 绩效管理与数据分析 • 定期进行渠道绩效回顾（周/月），分析流量、转化率、ROI、客群反馈等数据。 • 提供基于数据的优化建议，支持战略决策。 • 与集团协作，挖掘增长机会。 • 联动RMCC 收益管理中心团队优化电商产品库存投放，结合需求趋势与活动目标，确保与整体定 价策略一致。 • 与OTA 市场经理保持沟通，获取最新策略与促销资源。 任职资格： • 本科及以上学历。 • 热爱酒店行业，具备以客户为中心的思维。 • 至少3 年OTA、电商、市场营销或分销相关经验。 • 具备良好的沟通技巧和跨部门协作能力 。 • 展现出敏锐的数字化潜力和扎实的市场洞察力，并积极探索新兴数字化商业机遇 • 英文听说读写流利优先。
